How do I delete or close my SuperMoney account?
We’re sorry to see you go, but if you’d like to delete your SuperMoney account, the process is quick and straightforward. Deleting your account will remove your personal information and unsubscribe you from all communications.
🔐 How to Delete Your Account
- Log in to your SuperMoney account
- Go to www.supermoney.com.
- Click on the “Login” button (top right corner on desktop or top left on mobile).
- Enter your email and password to sign in.
- Go to your account settings
- After logging in, navigate to Account Settings.
- Deactivate your account
- Scroll down to the bottom of the settings page.
- Click on the “Deactivate Account” button.
- Enter your password to confirm.
Once these steps are complete, your account and data will be deleted from our system. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
What if I Can’t Log In or Don’t Remember My Password?
If you don’t remember your password or are having trouble logging in, follow these steps:
- Go to the SuperMoney login page.
- Click “Forgot Password?”
- Enter the email address associated with your SuperMoney account.
- Click “Send reset link.”
- Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a password reset email.
- Click the link in the email and follow the steps to create a new password.
- Once you reset your password, follow the steps above to log in and delete your account.
