How do I delete or close my SuperMoney account?

We're sorry to see you go, but if you'd like to delete your SuperMoney account, the process is quick and straightforward. Deleting your account will remove your personal information and unsubscribe you from all communications.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

⚠️ Before You Delete

If you have an active subscription, cancel it first to make sure you're not billed after your account is deleted.

• Subscribed through the app or website: Go to Account Settings > Membership and cancel before deleting your account.
• Subscribed through Apple (App Store): Go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > SuperMoney > Cancel Subscription on your iPhone. Deleting your SuperMoney account does not cancel App Store billing.
• Subscribed through Google Play: Go to Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions > SuperMoney > Cancel Subscription. Deleting your SuperMoney account does not cancel Google Play billing.

📱 Delete Your Account from the SuperMoney App

1. Open the SuperMoney app and log in.
2. Tap your profile picture in the top-left corner.
3. Tap My Profile.
4. Tap the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.
5. Tap Delete Account.
6. Confirm when prompted.

💻 Delete Your Account from the Website

1. Go to www.supermoney.com and log in.
2. Click the Login button (top-right on desktop, top-left on mobile) and enter your email and password.
3. Navigate to Account Settings.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Deactivate Account.
5. Enter your password to confirm.

🔑 What If I Can't Log In?

If you don't remember your password or are having trouble logging in:

1. Go to the SuperMoney login page (on the website or in the app).
2. Tap or click Forgot Password?
3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
4. Click Send reset link.
5. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a password reset email.
6. Click the link in the email and create a new password.
7. Log in and follow the steps above to delete your account.

Does deleting my account cancel my subscription? Deleting your account stops your access to SuperMoney, but if you subscribed through Apple or Google, you must also cancel directly through the App Store or Google Play Store. Otherwise, you may continue to be billed.

Can I recover my account after deleting it? No. Account deletion is permanent. Your data will be removed from our system and cannot be restored. You're welcome to create a new account at any time.

What happens to my data? Your personal information will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Some data may be retained as required by law (e.g., for compliance, fraud prevention, or legal obligations).

What happens to my reviews? Reviews you've posted on SuperMoney may remain visible after account deletion, as they are considered published User Content under our Terms of Service. Your name will no longer be associated with the review if your account data is deleted.
