SuperMoney Subscription Refund Policy

Our policy in short

SuperMoney subscriptions start with a free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid plan and renews on a recurring basis. 

As a general rule, payments made after your free trial ends are non-refundable, and canceling stops future renewals rather than refunding the current period.

We review exceptions case by case

We know billing isn't always straightforward. If you believe you were charged in error or in a way you didn't expect — for example, a charge that came through after you thought your subscription had ended — reach out to us and we'll review your situation individually. We look at these on a case-by-case basis and aim to be fair.
